Session: How We Built A Modern Learning Platform From the Ground Up Using MS Teams

• We were faced with a challenging yet common situation: how to deliver learning most effectively for global projects with little time, no budget, and few resources. We proposed a new user-focused strategy that would move the organization away from training as an event, to a blended approach including on-demand learning in the flow of work and supporting the 5 Moments of Learning Need.

• We leveraged the organization's existing Microsoft Teams platform, to provide a modern learning experience that includes: blended learning, micro-learning, and continuous learning opportunities.

• The approach was wildly successful and has become a standard pillar of the organization’s Learning Center of Excellence. In this session, we’ll discuss the benefits as well as the challenges of implementing a modern, user-focused learning strategy.
