About Erin
Erin Huffman-Richard is a learning experience designer and leadership coach who helps organizations and companies create transformative learning experiences. Previously, Erin worked in the higher education and non-profit sector creating training and onboarding programs for individuals, teams, and organizations. She also served as a leadership coach and as a facilitator and trainer for groups of 2 to 500.
Outside of work, Erin spends her time serving her local community as a volunteer with Besa, project leader for Seeds of Caring, committee chair at her children's elementary school, and as a sports coach. She is also a board member for the Association of Fraternal Leadership and Values (AFLV). Erin graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a bachelor's degree in psychology and holds a master’s degree in human learning and development from Miami University.

Session: How to Maximize Performance Daily
This session will explore two strategies for helping professionals maximize their performance: (1) the powerful role habits play in helping professionals achieve their goals and (2) the daily physical and emotional activities needed to increase well-being. Participants will leave the session with actionable steps on how to utilize habits and daily activities to increase performance.
